Delectable Dishes, Tantalizing Tastes & Epicurean Experiences
People who love to eat are always the best people. It’s fun to get together with friends or family and have something good to eat at least once a day. Cooking is like love, it should be entered into with complete abandon or not at all – Julia Child
The sharing of food is the primal basis of social life. Appetites are much like cravings, they are both extremely powerful constant stimulators in our being. This is especially true when we’re sharing food with those we love. Sharing my passion for all things yummy in this amazing culinary cornucopia globe, is my way of giving you a piece of my heart. This page is dedicated to all the phenomenal rulers of tastes, kings of kitchens, street stalls, cafes, bars, patisseries, bakeries, distilleries and all the artisans of tasty genres who equally share my passion for a good meal. I travel to taste the world through the culinary cultures of its people. There’s no better way to experience the world than through its many forks!
Life would not be possible without food for nourishment, but it’s more so what it can do to tremendously impact our well-being and impact our moods. I personally believe this is true particularly when dining and sharing food from the same table, whether with family, friends or complete strangers. Food instantly pulls people together through a common bond to congregate and eat. It forces us to share not only our meal but also have great conversations with one another. Leave your personal kitchens and go out there and have that curiosity to try different things, taste tantalizing bites, explore the local food scenes whether in your hometown or in a different downtown, in a food truck or through a streak of luck. See the world more completely by expanding your palate with sips and tastes, one bite at a time. I’m thrilled there is a rebirth taking place in kitchens everywhere of people crafting beautiful food. This culinary-cult movement is making history and has sparked a major change in how we view food. From childhood to adulthood, we’re seeking to tie on an apron and follow in the legendary footsteps of master chefs and their apprentices, who are inspiring all the home-chefs out there through the sharing of their trade, their craft and their intense passions of the palate. So venture out into a foreign table, be brave, get bold, do something daring in someone else’s kitchen! Eat somewhere you’ve always wanted to, taste something you’ve never had before, cook a dish that challenges you, sip something sensational, share local stories, indulge in culinary history, but most of all try everything for one simple purpose – the pure abandonment for a Bon Appetite!
